Wonderful staff and the gentleman who came out to setup the scooter had great personable skills. I have dealt with this company for many years and have never had a bad word to say about them. Great family owned business with a terrific back story. I highly recommend them if you are in need!

In January 2023.I'd purchased a Pride Jazzy Elite es from a different mobilty company in Chicago. I began having issues with the chair when traveling outside with speed 4 mph on flat surfaces while traveling this speed it would automatically slowing down to about 1.5 mph and slowing returning to 4 mph. Contacted Mobility Systems & solutions. They are located in Hickory Hills and I'm located in Evanston 1 hour 20 min (39) mi) I was great full they were able to travel this distance The other Durable Medical Equipment stores requires that I drop off the chair leaving it there and pick up when finished. Their technician (Jesse) checked the motors and discovered something wrong with it and contacted Pride Mobility technician. Pride Mobility technician informied Jesse that it needed to be replaced and discovered it was under warranty. Mobility Systems ordered two motors, two rear casters and two batteries. Two weeks later the parts arrived Jesse came out to my apartment replaced all the parts and now it's running perfectly. The place that where my chair was purchased indicated the batteries need replaced. I'm glad that I had contacted Mobility Systems. They were easy to communicate from management to their technician Jesse. I had wished that I had contacted Mobility Systems and purchased my chair from them. Especially when they worked with my insurance for payments. I have medicaid. I highly recommend Mobility Systems & Solutions for all your Durable Medical Equipment and Supplies including repair. I actually asked Jess for a few business cards to provide individuals that are using Durable Medical Equipment especially motorized wheelchair.

The audacity of this place. They never adjusted my brothers wheelchair to his needs. Their prices are extraordinary, 1800 for an articulating headrest and they still sent us the base headset. Waiting months on months for a refund on that. Do not use this company, they have no sympathy for customers or their situations they simply care about squeezing a profit from the least fortunate amongst us. It's shameful.

First time working with Mark and I appreciated the constant communication from him. He kept me informed about my daughter's bath chair shipment date and estimated arrival to our home. With my current mobility company I am the one reaching out constantly for updates. It is refreshing to deal with a company with great customer service. I have been looking for another company to service my daughter's wheelchairs. Will definitely call Mobility System first for all my daughter's mobility needs.

I have worked with Mark and John for over a decade I could not be more pleased with the level of excellence they provide. I would recommend their services to anyone. I’m a very active user thus good customer service a must. Repairs and troubleshooting is always done in a timely manner. I have been with other providers who do not come close to the level of service provided by MSS.’the office staff is excellent! The whole place from top to bottom is well run. My needs are always met I couldn’t ask for more. I plan to be with Mobility systems and solutions for a long time going forward!
